Then your sound bath begins with a series short compositions with gongs, crystal bowls, chimes, and other world percussion instruments to help your relaxed mind, body, and soul journey into sound.
We finish up your sound journey with a short period of silence and a integration conversation to help maximize the benefit of your sound meditation experience.
What should I bring to a sound bath?
You are welcomed to bring anything that helps you feel completely relaxed, but when you book with me, everything you need to be comfortable during your sound bath will be ready for you in the meditation room. A bed will be made up with an extra blanket, the most squishy cozy pillow, and a sanitized eye covering.
Why is sound meditation perfect for beginners?
Sound meditation works for people that previously thought they couldn’t meditate because of a phenomenon called entrainment with binaural beats. When the brain hears two different frequencies coming from opposite direction, it will start to resonate with the difference of those frequencies.
